Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the VPNKC website, user panel, and international route subscription services. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. Activating or using the service means accepting the applicable usage rules. Applicable law governs matters concerning consumers’ statutory rights.

Service and Scope

VPNKC provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. The available routes are listed in the panel directory.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted to the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before activating a subscription, check the price, data allowance, and billing method on the Plans page. Subscription access does not include accounts, paid content, or usage licenses for third-party websites.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription credentials secure. Do not share them on public pages, in groups, or in shared files. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or used unusually, change your password promptly and describe the situation in a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online simultaneously, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not mean that a subscription may be shared with an unspecified group of people. Reselling accounts, renting subscriptions, distributing subscription credentials to others, or providing commercial access through sharing is prohibited. Users are responsible for activity authorized through their accounts. Panel records are used to review traffic usage.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the usage rules of the websites and applications they access. The service must not be used for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, attacks, or disrupting other people’s networks.

Users are responsible for assessing the legality of the content they access and the activities they undertake. Do not use automated tasks or abnormal connection activity in ways that harm shared route resources, other users’ rights, or third-party systems. VPNKC may conduct necessary reviews of suspected violations and cooperate with the relevant process to the extent required by applicable law.

Service Availability and Liability Scope

Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, device configuration, carrier links, the status of the destination service, and route congestion. Maintenance, route adjustments, or external network failures may cause brief interruptions. VPNKC does not promise a fixed connection speed or guarantee that any third-party service will always be accessible or keep its regional content unchanged.

If you have connection issues, first check your local network and client settings, then submit a support ticket through the user panel. VPNKC will review the issue based on verifiable information. Changes to external services do not automatically make VPNKC responsible. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict remedies available to users under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases such as unlawful use, resale or sharing, public distribution of credentials, malicious resource consumption, or serious disruption of the service, VPNKC may restrict relevant connections, suspend a subscription, or terminate an account depending on the impact. To contain an ongoing risk, temporary restrictions may be imposed before notice when necessary.

Users may explain the situation and request a review by submitting a support ticket. Reviews should distinguish credential exposure and configuration errors from deliberate violations. Account actions and related fee disputes will be handled under applicable law and relevant policies. Stopping use of the service does not constitute a refund request; subscription and order matters must still be handled through the panel.

Changes to These Terms and Disputes

VPNKC may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will indicate the update month on this page. Important changes affecting usage rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Changes will be applied in accordance with legal requirements and will not retroactively remove rights users have already acquired under the law.

If you have questions about these terms, account actions, or orders, submit a support ticket through the user panel with the relevant order details and an explanation of the issue. Do not include your password or complete subscription credentials.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. For instructions and handling rules, see the separate Refund Policy.
