Before You Submit a Request
Start with what you need help resolving, then describe what happened. Steps that reproduce the issue are more useful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Use a specific subject, such as “Subscription import issue on macOS” or “Order status check after payment.”
Connection & Subscription Issues
Tell us which platform you’re using: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux. Include the route name shown in the client, any error message, when the issue occurred, and what you were doing beforehand. If you tried switching routes, updating the subscription, or changing networks, share the results.
Help distinguish a connection failure from an issue with the destination website: does the client show as connected, can you access other sites, and does the problem affect only one app? These details help determine whether to check the client settings, your local network, or the destination service. For the standard import steps, see the Guides. For technical background on protocols and routes, see the technical reference.
Payments, Data Usage & Refunds
Include the relevant order details and its current status from your dashboard, along with what needs to be checked. For payment verification, specify whether you paid with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, and attach proof related to that order. Hide any unrelated personal information.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on your renewal date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages stay valid until used and never expire. For data usage questions, say whether you’re on a monthly subscription or using a data package so the charges can be checked accordingly.
VPNKC offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. Submit refund requests through a dashboard ticket and include the relevant order and your request. See the refund policy for the full terms.
Hide account passwords, full subscription URLs, and access credentials in attachments. Keep error messages and relevant status details readable so they can be reviewed.
Replies & Progress Updates
After submitting a ticket, check its history in the dashboard. If you need to add screenshots, describe what happened, or provide order details, reply to the original ticket. Submitting the same issue again can split the conversation; adding to the existing ticket makes it easier to follow up.
This page does not promise a fixed response time. We may ask for more information or need to verify details during review. Please refer to the latest reply in your ticket.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe and sign in to the same account to check ticket replies.
How can I add information after submitting a ticket?
Open the original ticket and add when the issue occurred, what you were doing, and any error messages. If the issue has resolved, mention what you tried before it cleared so the current status can be reviewed.
